Custom PVC Patches / Custom Soft PVC Patch Pricing

Our custom soft PVC patches are made with flexible, soft rubber. They are perfect for outdoor use, are durable & waterproof. Custom PVC patches can be made in any shape, can be 2D or 3D, and can use the full range of Pantone colors.

PVC patches are typically attached either by sewing (using the out-edge thread channel), OR with a hook, loop or full hook-and-loop backing (one piece or both pieces of a velcro backing). If you intend to attach your custom soft PVC patch to an area where velcro backing is present, you'll only need the hook or loop backing (see below).

Custom patches have a wide color spectrum available for both the embroidery thread and the twill backing. Custom patches are a great way to recognize, award & proudly signify membership.

Custom SOFT PVC PATCHES

Custom patches are extremely durable and weather resistant.
Custom PVC patches are flexible, made of soft PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
Up to total of seven colors included. Add $0.10/ea for extra colors.
2D PVC patches can be up to three levels, typically only two.
PMS (Pantone) color matching available
Standard thickness for PVC patches is 2.5mm. (Up to 5mm available):

BACKINGS - How to attach PVC PATCHES

No backing is free. Back is blank.
Sew channel can be added to your design at no extra cost.
Hook OR loop backing adds $0.25 per patch (up to 5")
Hook AND loop backing adds $0.50 per patch (up to 5")
Black magnetic backing adds $0.50 per patch (up to 5")
Peel & stick backing adds $0.20 per patch

PVC Patch Size: Patches are measured using this formula: (height + width) / 2.

Add the largest height & width measurements together. Divide by two to find patch size.

Example: Take a 3" x 5" patch...
Add height and width: 3" + 5" = 8" ... Now divide 8" by 2 to get 4" size for your pricing.
